But the Knicks have played eight playoff series over the last three years, and seven of those came with home-court advantage. The only exception was the second round against Boston last year. In that series, they stole the first two games in Boston, lost Game 3 at home, rallied from an 11-point halftime deficit to win Game 4, got smoked in the second half of Game 5 back in Boston, and then came home and dominated Game 6 to move on.
