Frankly just think the Spurs are too good to get swept by anyone, and miles better than the last 2 opponents the Knicks swept. They were understandably tired and now got some extra rest. The Knicks have gotten very fortunate playing their last 3 series with a hugr rest advantage vs teams off 7 games with the last game being on the road.
Yes it will be a crazy atmosphere and the Knicks have looked unbeatable lately, but I just refuse to believe you could lose some games to the Hawks but sweep the West champs.

Just out of curiosity what have the Spurs shown that makes you think they actually can beat the Knicks? They had a chance both games to win, but the Spurs youth and Knicks experience shown through...
Anyways good luck.

Well everyone thinks the Knicks are unbeatable now. I had them Game 1 as I figured Spurs would be tired and it's hard to break another team's streak when they have much, much fresher legs.
But they got extra rest now (albeit they have to travel) and I'm pinning my hopes on those young guys being able to recover and the fact the Spurs just won an ultra competitive West dethroning the current champs after dispatching last year's West runner up, I think they're clearly an excellent team and I don't think anyone from the East even the red hot Knicks are good enough to sweep them. They only lost the last game by a point. But if they do lose tonight, it's probably going to be a sweep.
Maybe they need another Pop pep talk to do it or maybe the crazy atmosphere and pressure to close it out in another sweep and win the trophy at home puts a bit of pressure on the home team.
How I think the series will go is the Spurs won tonight, lose game 4, win in San Antonio and then probably lose game 6 in NY.
Despite how things have looked, if the Spurs can do something similar to what I described and somehow get to a game 6 down 3-2, again, all the pressure is on the Knicks to close out at home that game. If they don't it's game 7 in SA. It's an unlikely path but if they win this game tonight the door starts to crack open just a bit.

Please no one come into my threads again asking 'what have you seen...' I'm a capper for 20+ years. I don't need to see things. I know things.
I really wish I lived in the US and owned a bookie, all these noobs since it became legal just bet based off last game they watched. Comical how many people thought the Knicks should be favored by more, it was free money, etc. Gambling being legalized is going to ruin the lives of so many people in America. It's already ruining sports broadcasts now everything is about betting. They shouldn't put all that stuff on TV unless it's after like 10 pm or something. How can you shield your kids from it while still getting them interested in sports?
