i didn't see the 2nd half of the game, and i am not arguing any points about whether the refs were or were NOT favoring the Heat... i am only addressing the assertion that "you can only claim the refs are bias if there is a lopsided boxscore"...
that is an incredibly short-sighted and simple-minded perspective... frighteningly simplistic! these refs know what they are doing, and know how to make a game look fairly called when it is not... this has been detailed already by Donaghy in his book... second of all, what if Miami is fouling the hell out of Boston, but the boxscore shows it is even??? what then?
you have to watch the game... period! box scores don't tell you shit, and if that's all you base it on, you will never get an complete representation...
