Memphis by far are playing their best basketball, eliminating the Pacific Div leader in Clipps and knocking off the #1 top seed of the WC in OKC (minus Westbrook). No doubt, both are impressive wins as Clipp & OKC had no answers for both Zebo & perhaps the best center in the NBA currently in Gasol.
The Spurs however, were given the task and swept the Kobeless Lakers and almost going to distance against the team from NorCal. I'm sure there were a lot of doubts in one mind after SA lost game #2 @ home to the Warriors. Perhaps, they would lose the series as it seemed SA cannot handle the outside shooting of Curry & Thompson. Well, Coach Pop is a hall of famer coach and is masterful when adjustments are needed. Moreover, he's one of the best in conjuring up a play, deceiving the opponents for his team to have a wide open shot.
DO NOT under estimate the true veteran leadership of Duncan, Parker & Manu. They're still the best trio in the NBA & is hungry for another title.
SA will be ready for this game and will keep it a low scoring game.
