Yes. Ateneo and Adamson can both gun for the top spot both with 3 games left and just a game and a half behind FEU. I believe they'll most likely settle for position here. Here's how both teams schedule look after this game:
Adamson
vs NU
vs DLSU
Ateneo
vs UST
vs FEU
NU and UE on the other hand is still alive. NU has 4 more games left and hope to sweep all of it and hope that DLSU suffers an L in the remaining game. Actually, DLSU has command on who gets the 4th spot. Their schedule looks like this:

vs UST (UST still alive if they beat DLSU here and keep winning their games)
vs UE
vs AdU
So yeah, the games have bearing.

The Play: NU+4.5
This should be a close game and the 4.5 points will surely be a lot of help if it went down the wire. UE will really feel the need of a big man with Mbe blocking shots and forcing UE to take ill advised shots. IMO, UE will get a win here with NU covering.
