Whoever handles analyzing the ratings of this year's playoffs is punching through the air right now. They must be sleeping good at night, waking up without needing to get annoyed that they have to spend another day going to work - because they love their work. I will say this one more time - THE NBA RIGHT NOW IS HAVING RECORD BREAKING RATINGS AND THEY WILL CONTINUE TO DO WHAT THEY GOT TO DO TO KEEP IT GOING.
The WCF Game 1 recently got the highest rating for WCF game ever! WCF game 2 we saw Wemby getting sexually exploited by Hartenstein and the fans around the world is rallying against it. The OKC playing the bad guys and Spurs as the good guys. The ECF is no way different, we watched how the mighty Brunson and Friends rallied back for an epic comeback. Narratives post game were saying that they (Knicks) attacked James Harden on purpose identifying as a weak spot in Cavs defense. I say they just got lucky and Cavs went cold.
So what does this tell us? Love for New York continues to pour, making them heavy favorites for the East. But that would be too easy - and too easy is not good for any business. The ECF is becoming too predictable for the past 7-8 games. The Knicks have been blowing out teams, making comebacks and Brunson always play the hero they always needed. This is not good. Even the owners of Knicks and MSG will not be happy for this, they are losing money every time the Knicks wins a game. So to keep this interesting, they need a CAVS win on the road to guarantee that this series will get extended.
I have been staring at the spread since last night and told myself everything points to the Knicks winning. T-8 hours from tip off and the money continue to go to the Knicks winning but the spread is moving the opposite way. This opened at +6.5 to 7.0 and now down to 5.5 on Pinnacle. I think Knicks is due for a regression. A meltdown. To humble them down or to bring them back to earth. They need a new villain after Trae Young, CJ Mccollum, and Jayson Tatum. Sam Merrill almost became the villain last game, and for this game I am thinking of Donovan Mitchell having a night and the beard waking up from his senses and show the world why he should be considered great.

Kinda feeling the same. Oh yeah, ands I pulled a Ratner last Knicks game, KAT 1 assist in first 3 min on a 5 steamer that made me large!!!! Not the wisest way to bet but I felt like an UNCUT Gem minus getting shot in the face!

I think the Knicks will still come out strong starting this game. Winning 1Q and the half for sure. But the lead will be manageable, something <10pts, one good run for the cavs and they take control. I am from New York and right now the city is so high and having so much euphoria. Everyone is just playing the main character energy chanting fuck them whoever gets in the way. Even trae young is catching strays right now and this is so funny ngl. But yea the Knickerbockers needs to be come down to earth and face the reality that the road to the Finals will not be that easy.
Cavs are now +5.0 on some books, 5.5 on pinnacle and the money line is now just +170. So are they trying to tell us that majority of the people are picking the cavs after the meltdown last game? Or are they trying to convince people to take more of the knicks spread as it will be like free as it can get.

I think the Cavs get blown out from the tip, Knicks stole their lunch in game 1. That left a mental scar. Cavs will be ready for game 3. Got no action on this game so good luck brotha!
Sip on that plus money honey!

Exactly a year ago today the Knicks experienced the Hali bounce and a shot that made Haliburton a real villain at MSG. Knicks controlled the whole game, dominating and showing their prowess. I think it will happen again tonight. Spida dagger three!

Knicks w that improbable comeback - Cavs just missed that last 3pt shot - Knew Knicks were going to win in OT as the tide had seriously turned. Cavs locker room after that game must have been brutal.
No one expects the rolling Knicks to come out flat again that’s for sure, Cavs have some bigs that can cause problems for the Knicks too. Gun to my head I think Knicks win again but I like the first half over 104 and Knicks TT over 110.

Jarrett Allan has to show up. If he plays like we all know that he can Cav,s win. Every game in every series needs a player to impose his will to win on the team. It is never always the same player. Good luck tonight.
