Utah owns the NBAs best 1Q over at 14-4 and Boston as a visitor is 10-6 over.  Utah's first Q totals avg 67 pts a quarter and Boston on the road averages 59. I feel good about the over 62.5 posted currently at DK. Boston plays at the slowest pace in the NBA, but that doesn't concern me as Utah plays at the 4th fastest pace, a little over 102 possessions per game, and fires up a bunch of threes.
