i'd like to know a few things .

do you know anything about income derived from gambling as it relates to tax laws in the US ?

a few years back i made close to 6 figures in 1 year here in AUS on  horse racing, and i found out a few interesting things from the tax office in relation to my gambling winnings...
words like
 "private tax ruling"
 "primary source of income"
"is your gambling a hobby or a business"

i don't gamble for a living , my primary source of income is from my job in the medical industry.
my gambling is just a hobby ( but i try and bet like it's a business)
Tax is very different if you bet for a living , or bet for a hobby.

maybe things are different in the US , but they can't be that different .

perhaps you'd like to enlighten us on a few issues regarding tax.

i know for a fact that any transaction where > $10,000 is won in 1 wager , the government is alerted by the bookmaker , so they know who is winning what ( internet gambling winnings of > 10K are very hard to hide from the government )

Are you still sticking to your story that you do this for a living ?

i have a pretty good bullshit detector , and know  about a few precedents about other gamblers that have gone to court regarding tax on gambling winnings.

You guys act like I go after everyone; check my posts 99% of them are good; plays goes into other peoples threads and totally talks shit for no reason. I NEVER DO THAT. I am not attacking 10 people. This guy has a horrible attitude and thinks he is the king of the town. I NEVER CLAIM that I am this great handicapper and am a professional. Do you I call people box and all of that? Plus I do post plays and am hitting at a decent rate so I am not some idiot just going after someone. This guy has gone like 7-28 in his last 35 picks and he acts like he is killing vegas. Plus he talks crap to tin for no reason. I never tout myself and if I lose I lose. Every loss he has an excuse for or calls people out calling them public plays then loses his ass. He uses more cuss words in one sentence than I do in 20 posts.
