the trends and stats and double revenge all point to the sixers no question , the problem is the long road trip

if they had layed some eggs and not played hard you could  argue they may have some juice in the tank

they have to be commeded for the effort on the road trip , but, to take any team in the NBA off of an 8 game road trip where they fought hard in the last 3 games and gave a max effort you are just asking for trouble especailly when they are in an unfamilar role , they were the underdog 8 times in a row and now are the favorite. I think the  play is the Wizards or no play at all.

Epic write up but I'm going the other way on this one...

First off no Iggy.  He put up 23 pts / 11 rebs / 8 asts that game.  Also the 6ers had a higher FG%, 3pt%, and more FTs but still lost the game.

Also Spencer Hawes (who has picked up his play as of late) is questionable...

Take out Gilbert Arena's 8 TOs and add in Rashard Lewis who has become a Rebounding beast for The Wizards.  If Nick Young dropped 19 just think what Rashard Lewis could do...  Expect JaVale McGee to beast a big time line tonight.

I'm taking The Wizards at +7.5 right now, can't wait to see what the Money Line is... If it's over +350 I might drop a big bet on it.

Kung Lao definitely had a tremendous finisher...and was easily the worst fighter in the game...maybe one of the top 10 worst fighting characters in any game ever...but, oh....what a fatality...

I wouldnt count on them really wanting to beat the Wizards. NBA players do not care that much. I would bet that half of the Sixers do not even remember those earlier games. BOL with your bet, though

Nice write up but i am unsure how useful it is trend wise and betting wise. Keep in mind PHL has only beaten Was by more than 6.5 3 times in the last 10 and all 3 were last year and 2008  when WAS was more of a mess than now. I like the sixers and they have done well ATS but 6.5 or more is too much for me. Could i be wrong? Damn straight but maybe take the PHL first half instead.

Washington won all 3 meetings vs PHI in 2009 - 2010... And they won both times they played this year.  All these games with Iggy.

Well I was heavily leaning towards a play on WAS but this Tony Brothers talk scares me big time... I wonder if the line movement back to 6.5 came about when the refs were announced?
