Congratulations once again, scalabrine. I was rooting hard for you in the 4th quarter knowing that winning this play meant you could avoid the growing mob of increasingly dissatisfied and angry Sixers -6.5 tailers. Thank goodness the law firm of Holiday, Young, and Williams held them at bay and managed to turn all their frowns upside down.
Say, when you get the chance, and if you feel like doing it, could you share with me what it feels like to have the Philly backcourt of Jrue Holiday, Jodie Meeks, and Lou Williams shoot 18-26 on your behalf? I wouldn't know. I had a different experience 20 days ago with those three.

If any team was susceptible to losing to the Wizards, it was the Sixers. They lost the first two games of the season series at Washington in overtime by a combined three points.
"We just decided, it's not happening," Williams said. "Guys really rallied and said, 'Yo, it's still close. Let's go ahead, pull away and win this thing.' We gave them two games and didn't want to do it again."
Nice. Pretty much the key to this bet.
