when a 1st half goes over or under by 25 points the 2nd half did the same at almost a 100% last year.

They score 126 in the 1st half with a second half total of 97 and you play the over

Why not just call yourself Johnny Square and leave it at that

Scooby-- I think what he means is that if the score total between the two teams goes over by 25 points (such as in this case) or under by 25 points of the pre-game line, then whatever line comes out in the second half, it should do the same-- or "over" in this case (Portland and Okalahoma).
