This is what makes over/unders so unpredictable sometimes, because sometimes youre gonna have 3 points in the last minute and sometimes you have easy 14 points just in that 1 minute depending how they clock manage/whether the other team foul down and what not have you. The last minutes of the game has crazy swings usually.
But the NFL is not any better overs are just garbage in another way. I pounded under 45.5 in Chicago Bears - Tampa Bay Bucs yesterday and im still salty about it. 2 absolute garbage offensive teams. And still Bucs produced 36 points against Bears. Was Bucs offense any good since they put up 36 points? No, it was utter garbage. Heres a fact: Bucs will not score 36 points next week, and Bears wont allow 36 points. Thats just how it is and how it works. Neither of the teams were capable of driving the ball well, so how do we give these team points if we want them to? We just fumble or intercept the ball. Thats it. For a long time the first half was on pace to land at 10 to 13 points at halftime, but then Cutler throws a pick 6 and then you have 7 points, then it looked like the game would end with 17 points on the board for the first half, but nope. Bears allow Bucs to get a quick drive going for themselves, they knock down the 3 points and Bears get back on the ball. What happens next? They throw a random hail mary in the end zone for a TD lmao. Stuff like that is so unpredictable and u cant do garbage about it. Then we have the 2nd half, had 37 points for a long time which would realistically require 2 a TD and a FG or 3 fgs to send the game over, so i thought i had a good chance of hitting my under still even with all the garbage. So what happens? Bears fumble the ball again - of course they do, coz thats the only way we have points in this game, and Bucs pick it up in the end zone for a safety for then to follow it up with a touchdown just to have the over hit with ½ a point. Absolute garbage, lol.
