I think you're talking about the chase system right? You don't play every game with that system. Boston and Atlanta are plays because they are on west coast roadtrips and you double up each time they lose just hoping they cover once during the trip. Once they cover you count it as a win and move on, even if it was the first game of the roadtrip.

Examples:

Boston
@ Denver, @ Golden State, @ Phoenix

Atlanta
@ LA Lakers, @ Sacramento, @ Golden State


If either would have covered last night they wouldn't be system plays tonight, but neither did so they are. They will be system plays again for their next game if they don't cover tonight as well.

Hey Beat the bookie...I just got on this system and I got Destroyed last night taking those plays. So tonight they want me to double up ....Damn Kind of sketchy. The system also say *Note: Boston does have the best road record, so this series is not recommended * meaning teams with best/worst records are not good picks

You just have to bank on Atlanta or Boston covering once in their three road games, and you double up each time. That's why a lot of people don't play it because it's hard to have to keep doubling up without going nuts watching the games, and there will be times that teams don't cover any of the three and you lose a lot, but it tends to win in the long run. Boston is not as highly recommended because they don't have as much value on the road because they've had a lot success and are usually road faves.

guys this "system" was posted on here long ago, mine is modified off this and i believe gmoneys is a modified version as well, you can track my picks they use elements of this "chase" system and others. im doing real well, seldom having losing nights and never betting more than 3 units. an unmodified version of yours above cost u around 15.8 units if it smokes, that is too much risk for me to not have any say in the matter.

1) ON YOUR NBA SCHEDULE, CIRCLE ALL THE EASTERN CONFERENCE VS. WESTERN CONFERENCE ROAD TRIPS. FOR EXAMPLE: WE BET THE BOSTON CELTICS(EAST) PLAT AT DALLAS(WEST), AT HOUSTON(WEST), AT SAN ANTONIO(WEST) OR WE BET THE LA LAKERS(WEST) PLAY AT NEW JERSEY(EAST), AT WASHINGTON(EAST), AT ATLANTA(EAST).

2 )WE BET ONLY THESE TYPE OF ROAD TRIPS AND WE BET ONLY THE FIRST 3 GAMES OF THAT ROAD TRIP.

So umm...since I didn't play this system at all...and both teams failed to cover yesterday or today...I should be blowing my proverbial load on them on friday? 

Atl @ GS -->could be a let down spot for the Warriors...and the Hawks played the Kings well for a half, before shittin the bed in the 4Q. Maybe a 1H play on the Hawks to cover, finally....

Bos @ Phx --> Celtics played uptempo for both 1H's...and tailed off with KG still not up to par.  I sense two 1H bets on these suckas on friday.

That would be the system plays for today. Probably worth a good look as teams rarely fail to cover all three games on a east/west road trip, but I wouldn't unload on it. This system does fairly well but causes you do double up a lot and I couldn't take it, so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. People will laugh when they hear records like 40-9, but that's seriously what it is. You only count a lose if you lose all three of the road games in one series, but each loss loses you much more than you gain with each win.
