The Dude: Let me explain something to you. Um, I am not "Mr. Lebowski". You're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. You know, that or, uh, His Dudeness, or uh, Duder, or El Duderino if you're not into the whole brevity thing.

Walter Sobchak: Shut the fuck up, Donny.

Walter Sobchak: Do you see what happens, Larry? Do you see what happens when you fuck a stranger in the ass!

Jesus Quintana: What's this day of rest shit? What's this bullshit? I don't fuckin' care! It don't matter to Jesus. But you're not foolin' me, man. You might fool the fucks in the league office, but you don't fool Jesus. This bush league psyche-out stuff. Laughable, man - ha ha! I would have fucked you in the ass Saturday. I fuck you in the ass next Wednesday instead. Wooo! You got a date Wednesday, baby!

Jesus Quintana: You ready to be fucked, man? I see you rolled your way into the semis. Dios mio, man. Liam and me, we're gonna fuck you up.
The Dude: Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man.
Jesus Quintana: Let me tell you something, pendejo. You pull any of your crazy shit with us, you flash a piece out on the lanes, I'll take it away from you, stick it up your ass and pull the fucking trigger 'til it goes "click."
    The Dude: Jesus.
Jesus Quintana: You said it, man. Nobody fucks with the Jesus.

Walter Sobchak: I told those fucks down at the league office a thousand times that I don't roll on Shabbos!
    Donny: What's Shabbos?
Walter Sobchak: Saturday, Donny, is Shabbos, the Jewish day of rest. That means that I don't work, I don't get in a car, I don't fucking ride in a car, I don't pick up the phone, I don't turn on the oven, and I sure as shit
    [shouts]
Walter Sobchak: don't fucking roll! Shomer shabbos!
    The Dude: Walter...
    Walter Sobchak: Shomer fucking shabbos.

    Braveheart:

William Wallace: Lower your flags and march straight back to England, stopping at every home you pass by to beg forgiveness for a hundred years of theft, rape, and murder. Do that and your men shall live. Do it not, and every one of you will die today.

    -----------------------------

Stephen: [starts laughing] Him? That can't be William Wallace. I'm *prettier* than this man!
    [to the sky]
Stephen: Alright, Father, I'll ask him.
    [to William]
Stephen: If I risk my neck for you, will I get a chance to kill Englishmen?
Hamish: Is your father a ghost, or do you converse with the Almighty?
Stephen: In order to find his equal, an Irishman is forced to talk to God.
    [to the sky]
    Stephen: Yes, Father!
    [to Hamish]
Stephen: The Almight says, "Don't change the subject, just answer the fuckin' question."
    Hamish: Mind your tongue.
    Campbell: Insane Irish.
Stephen: [draws a dagger on Campbell; everyone draws weapons] Smart enough to get a dagger past your guards, old man.
William Wallace: That's my friend, Irishman. And the answer to your question is "yes". You fight for me, you get to kill the English.
    Stephen: [grins] Excellent!
    [removes his dagger]
Stephen: Stephen is my name. I the most wanted man on my island, except I'm not on my island, of course. More's the pity.
Hamish: "Your island"? You mean Ireland?
    Stephen: Yeah. It's mine.
    Hamish: You're a madman.
Stephen: [nods and starts laughing, then Hamish does as well] I've come to the right place, then.

    The Fugitive:

Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: Alright, listen up, people. Our fugitive has been on the run for ninety minutes. Average foot speed over uneven ground barring injuries is 4 miles-per-hour. That gives us a radius of six miles. What I want from each and every one of you is a hard-target search of every gas station, residence, warehouse, farmhouse, henhouse, outhouse and doghouse in that area. Checkpoints go up at fifteen miles. Your fugitive's name is Dr. Richard Kimble. Go get him.

    ---------------------------------------

Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: [after taking credit for Kimbles saving of his partner and declaring all prisoners dead] Oh. Wow. Gee Whiz. Looky here. You know we're always fascinated when we find leg irons with no legs in them. Who held the keys sir?
    Old Guard: Me.
Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: Where those keys at?
    Old Guard: I don't know.
Marshal Poole: Care to revise your statement, sir?
    Old Guard: What?
Deputy Marshal Samuel Gerard: Do you want to change you bullshit story, sir?
[Poole shows guard a picture of Kimble]
Old Guard: He might have got out.

    -------------------------------------------

Dr. Charles Nichols: [Kimble is confronting Nichols during the banquet] Richard, I'm in the middle of this speech!
Dr. Richard Kimble: You almost got away with it, didn't you? I know all about it. I can prove it.
Dr. Charles Nichols: Ladies and gentlemen, my friend Richard doesn't feel well. So, if you will go on with your dessert and coffee, I'll be right back. Richard, would you care to...?
[motions for Kimble to follow him outside]
Dr. Richard Kimble: [as they are walking out of the banquet hall] You switched the samples! You switched the samples after Lenz died!
    [shoves Nichols]
Dr. Richard Kimble: Did you kill Lenz, too? Huh?
Dr. Richard Kimble: [turns to banquet crowd] He falsified his research. He switched the samples so that RDU-90 could be approved and Devlin McGregor could give you... Provasic!
    ----------------------------------------------

Detective Kelly: So, financially, you're not going to be hurting after this, are you? I mean, she was worth quite a bit of money.
Dr. Richard Kimble: Are you suggesting that I killed my wife? Are you saying that I crushed her skull and that I shot her? How dare you! When I came home, there was a man in my house. I fought with this man. He had a mechanical arm. You find this man. You find this man.

    The Shawshank Redemption:

Red: [narrating] In 1966, Andy Dufresne escaped from Shawshank prison. All they found of him was a muddy set of prison clothes, a bar of soap, and an old rock hammer, damn near worn down to the nub. I used to think it would take six-hundred years to tunnel under the wall with it. Old Andy did it in less than twenty. Oh, Andy loved geology. I guess it appealed to his meticulous nature. An ice age here, million years of mountain building there. Geology is the study of pressure and time. That's all it takes really, pressure, and time. That, and a big god-damned poster. Like I said, in prison a man will do anything to keep his mind occupied. It turns out Andy's favorite hobby was totin' his wall through the exercise yard, a handful at a time. I guess after Tommy was killed, he decided he had been here just about long enough. Andy did like he was told, buffed those shoes to a high mirror shine. The guard simply didn't notice. Neither did I... I mean, seriously, how often do you really look at a mans shoes? Andy crawled to freedom through five hundred yards of shit smelling foulness I can't even imagine, or maybe I just don't want too. Five hundred yards... that's the length of five football fields, just shy of half a mile.
    -----------------------------------

Red: [narrating] Andy Dufresne - who crawled through a river of shit and came out clean on the other side.

    ----------------------------------------

Warden Samuel Norton: [after Andy escapes] Well?
    Red: Well what?
Warden Samuel Norton: I see you two all the time, you're thick as thieves, you are. He musta said *something*.
Red: Honest, Warden, not a word.
Warden Samuel Norton: [frustrated] Lord, it's a miracle! Man up and vanished like a fart in the wind! Nothing left but some damn rocks on the windowsill. And that cupcake on the wall! Let's ask her, maybe she knows.
Warden Samuel Norton: [to poster] What say you there, fuzzy-britches? Feel like talking? Aw, guess not. Why should she be any different?
    [hefting one of Andy's rocks]
Warden Samuel Norton: This is a conspiracy, that's what it is.
    [throwing rocks]
Warden Samuel Norton: One... big... damn conspiracy! And everyone's in on it, including *her*!
[Throws a rock at the poster, the rock goes right through it and they hear it clattering. Norton puts his arm through the torn poster and rips it away from the wall, revealing Andy's escape tunnel.]

    --------------------------------------------

Heywood: Hey, Fat Ass. Fat Ass! Talk to me boy! I know you're there I can hear you breathin'. Don't you listen to these nitwits you hear me? This place ain't so bad. Tell you what, I'll introduce you around, make you feel right at home. I know a couple of big old bull queers that'd just love to make you're acquaintance. Especially that big, white, mushy butt of yours.
Fat Ass: God! I don't belong here! I want to go home!
    Inmates: We have a winner!
Heywood: And it's Fat Ass by a nose!

If I tried to cut and paste quotes from Glengarry Glen Ross it would take about 20 different posts so there's the link.  By far the best movie ever for quotes in my opinion.

    American Psycho

Patrick Bateman: I don't want to get you drunk, but, ah, that's a very fine Chardonnay you're not drinking.

Patrick Bateman: Oh, Africa, brave Africa. It was... a laugh riot.

Patrick Bateman: Not quite blonde, are we? More of a dirty blonde.

Patrick Bateman: Do you know what Ed Gein said about women?
David Van Patten: The maitre 'd at Canal Bar?
Patrick Bateman: No, serial killer, Wisconsin, the '50s.
Craig McDermott: So what did he say?
Patrick Bateman: "When I see a pretty girl walking down the street, I think two things. One part wants me to take her out, talk to her, be real nice and sweet and treat her right."
David Van Patten: And what did the other part think?
Patrick Bateman: "What her head would look like on a stick... ”
    [laughs]

    Just after breaking up]
Evelyn Williams: Where are you going?
Patrick Bateman: I am just leaving.
    Evelyn Williams: But where?
Patrick Bateman: I have to return some videotapes.

ATM Machine: Feed me a stray cat.

David Van Patten: [re: business card] Good coloring.
    Patrick Bateman: That's 'Bone'.

Patrick Bateman: Do you like Huey Lewis and the news?

Patrick Bateman: [faking a conversation on the phone] Now, John, you've to wear clothes in proportion to your physique. There are definite dos and don'ts, good buddy of wearing a bold striped shirt. A bold stripe shirt calls for solid colored or discreetly patterned suits and ties.
    [pause]
Patrick Bateman: Yes, always tip the stylist 15%. Listen, John, I've gotta go, T. Boone Pickens just walked in.
    [laughs]
Patrick Bateman: Just joking. No, don't tip the owner of the salon. Okay John? Right? Got it.

Patrick Bateman: , don't just stare at it, eat it.

"Fuck you - that's my name. You wanna know why mister - because you drove a Hyndai to get here tonight and i drove an $80,000 BMW - "that" is my name."

I am sure it has been written before, but the all time best movie quote must be ...

Keep your friends close but and your enemies closer

    ~ The Godfather part 2

Another one of my all time favs.. Apocalypse now

Kilgore: Smell that? You smell that?
    Lance: What?
Kilgore: Napalm, son. Nothing in the world smells like that.
    [kneels]
Kilgore: I love the smell of napalm in the morning. You know, one time we had a hill bombed, for 12 hours. When it was all over, I walked up. We didn't find one of 'em, not one stinkin' dink body. The smell, you know that gasoline smell, the whole hill. Smelled like... victory.
