I cant wait for the new Batman movie , that thing looks awesome !  I liked Batman Begins one of my favorite movies ever , ( after that run of crappy Batmen , Keaton, Kilmer Clooney )

Just rented a great one last night

"The Lookout"

Stars Joseph Gordon Levitt Jeff Daniels and Isla Fisher.  The Levitt character is a former college hockey player who gets in a horrible car accident killing two of his friends and leaving him with a terrible head injury.  Anything he does gets recorded in a small notebook as that is his only way to remember what goes on from day to day.  He has a job as a night watchman in a bank and gets fully taken advantage of by some guys as they force him to take part in a bank robbery.

Overall very good acting and script, went highly unnoticed in the theater due probably to no real star power.  I would say Levitt is going to be a pretty good star in the near future as his performance was very believable and carried the movie.

4 out of 5 stars for me

I too cant wait for Dark Knight!!!

I'm not there - Different actors playing Bob Dylan (I was very excited to see this movie, but couldnt even make it through the whole thing.)
 
Havoc - Anne Hathaway and Bijou Phillips go to the ghetto (Thats basically the entire movie, terrible ending as well.)

Havoc was bad but Anne Hathaways nakedness made me forget about all that. those things were perfect!

I saw Zohan yesterday (A little late I know), but I thought it was one of the funniest movies I've seen in a while. The part where he is doing the old ladies in the salon is one of the funniest 10 minutes of a movie I've seen in years.

Very artsy movie made for the fans. I'm not a Dylan fan, but I have read some autobiographies on the man and it made it easier for me to watch. I saw where they were coming from

The TV Set...was on Showtime David Duchovny, Sigourney Weaver. was about a TV writer getting a pilot filmed and trying to get in on air. Had some funny moments. Kind of interesting and its probably what actually happens. If its on and there nothing else on it isnt terrible. like a 6 out of 10

I'm a huge fan and couldnt wait to see it. Not only was it completely boring, but I thought it was a slap in the face to Dylan for some of the things they did in that movie. I did like the little kid playing Woody Guthrie, I thought he was great.

I saw The Happening yesterday. It was below average but I didn't think it was as bad as everybody was saying.

Much better than The Village and Lady In The Water

Oh yeah, also saw V For Vendetta

And Heat Not half as good as all my friends told me it would be. I thought it was wayyyyyyyyyy toooooooooo looooooooooong. Cut 45 minutes out of useless scenes and it may have been better.

Thanks to the suggestions of Coverdatspread and NJDevils I just finished watching this incredible movie.

The reviews for The Lookout were solid and at one point during its theatrical release in March 2007 it was considered by many critics as "the best film of the year thus far" and I can see why. The movies is exciting and keeps you thinking.

If you're into capers, bank heists, thrillers of just feel like watching an all-around solid movie then don't miss this. It's a must see.

Requiem For A Dream

Don't have any children under about 21 watching this flick. Intense doesn't begin to describe this.......Very disturbing in parts, but holy crap!

saw a few recently
 
12 Monkeys - Bruce Willis, Brad Pitt, Madeliene Stowe.  Pretty good suspense film. Pitt was good ( he is a pretty good actor, seven fight club this)  Good movie hard to say what it is about withpout giving away too much of the plot but If you like suspense and some action this is a pretty good movie.8.5 out of 10 maybe
 
The Simpsons Movie-  Now I havent seen an episode of the Simpsons in like 17 years but I liked the movie. It was more for kids obviously but it was kind of funny. If its on and you didnt see it watch it it was good. 7 out of 10
 
Van Wilder 2 the rise of Taj- not sure why i watched this but it killed 2 hours. wasnt god awful but it wasnt good either. also the cute english girl didnt show anything  i guess 5.5 out of 10
 
Superbad is on Starz this saturday so ill watch that

loved the first van wilder but havent seen the 2nd one, i hate when they do those sequels without the main characters tho.

Superbad  This movie was funny. It slowed a bit at the end but every scene with McLovin was hilarious. Jonah Hills constant ranting was pretty funny as well.
I dont get the judd apatow male nudity / drawings or whatever in all his movies but this movie was good

The Ruins......
Plain boring....plants eating flesh...ishhhhh now I just can't wait to watch The Happenning!
 
Also watched Untraceable...decent flick with a bit of blood and a nice suspence.  Not a top ten movie, but a nice plot and decent action.  I recommend for a rainy afternoon looking for a nap hehe

Orange County- Colin Hanks, Jack Black... Funny movie. About a kid trying to get into Stanford and his f'd up family.  generally funny throughout and very funny at certain times. If its ever on again at 4am on TBS give it a watch
