His article was about basically the entire Philadelphia Sports fan base. This article is about ONE fan's moronic move a year ago. Hey...every team has bad and even AWFUL fans...I see dumb drunk Yankee fans every time I go to a game, however, what Wells said in that article were every single fan he saw was classless.

Are you guys fucking serious? The shit that happens in New York is some of the craziest, fucked up, sickest things that I heard of. And you bums are talking about philly fans getting drunk and cussing you out. Don't fucking come to our stadium if you don't like it than. We will keep on cursing you out, and we will boo you and you ain't gonna do shit about it. hahaha. Seriously though when it comes to fans, Philly is the best. Go Phillies 6-3 tonight

Oh good god, i'm SO ashamed now to be a fan of the Yankees. I think what i'm going to do is go to a church confessional and ask the lord jesus christ if there's ANYWAY he can forgive me for the actions of one of my fellow fans. I have to humbly apologize to the entire free world for the actions of this one TRUE yankee fan who did something dastardly.
This is very unfortunate, there's no doubt that fans of other teams (especially Philadelphia fans) would never engage in this type of behavior, its only the Yanks and their true blue fans.

I know that it will take some long pennance for all yankee fans to go thru so we can redeem ourselves for this one fan who lost her head.
Ya know, i was just cruising along, being a good sport, a good fan and now this happens. What can i do? I mean, i'll have to seriously consider renouncing my fanship towards the Yanks and pick another team. Too bad this woman did this to the poor classy Red Sox fan because now i don't know how i can go on and live with myself as a fan of the pinstripers.
Can you help me dear original poster? I need to switch teams because her actions are dispicable, she give all yankee fans a bad name and i for one, am truly sorry.

I live here, it's embarrasing. These people think it's some kind of birthright to get wasted and act like complete assholes. IT'S A BASEBALL GAME. I dumped all of my playoff tix (at a nice profit) and will not be renewing my season tix next year.
