A foul tip hit right at the base of his thumb on the glove. Ever have that happen? I’m guessing no. It hurts like hell and he probably either has a severely jammed thumb or it’s dislocated or broken. Get a clue.

Were we watching the same game? It's his thumb on his glove hand which is is left hand that part you got right. No fix involved but a very smart play by Hill to bunt with a catcher behind the plate that had sat for about 3 hours. He should have never thrown it to first.
