Poor Strider, velocity was even up on average by 1.5 mph last game but still got his titties ripped....

He has given up 5 or more earned runs in 3 straight and pitched under 5 innings all 3 games.. Maybe they figure gotta progress to his norm. Not many pitchers get ripped 4 straight game. But that doesn't mean he necessarily pitches great. Odds play I think on Marlins win or lose it facvors them. Better pitcher, team and at home.

He’s young, he’ll bounce back next season. 
but I totally agree on Miami at home.  Braves brought up another young buck from trip A, Hurston Waldrep, this kid is the real deal he’s 4-0 so far and looking great, keep an eye on him when he starts.  I’ve won two games with him going so far…

Yeah. He tied a record I believe with Valenzuela for rookie to win his  first 4 starts letting up 1 less or run in all of them

Why the Braves is favor?

Braves are 6-4 against Mia this year. They just took 4 of 5 last time.

Braves have the best winning % within their own division.

Mia only won 3 out of 16 games when playing on Monday this year. On the other hand the Braves is at their best on Monday vs any other days of the week at 9-3 (5-1 away).

Overall Mia is 14-28 on game 1 of the series while the Braves are at 21-21.

As a Braves fan and own Strider all year on my fantasy team, I want to fade this mf today but something tells me not...lol

Not for FG but I may play Mia F5 as the Braves are 1-6 F5 when starting Strider on the road.

I pulled his autograph Bowman card last month. It's going for as high as $300 right now.  Raw.

 You need to read what I said, I wasn't even talking about Strider being good, trust me I dropped Strider on my fantasy team also and picked up Hurston Waldrep 3 games ago, and I suggest you do the same. I don't need the Braves against Marlins stats, I know what they are. Like we said at the beginning of this thread, Braves should not have been favored today as they just lost to the fish, point proven.

You missed my point. The thread asking why the Braves are favorite in this game. I just pointed out some stats why? It doesn't mean I support it.
