No...Ive watched it 5 times...he doesnt touch the plate...even if he does, it is impossible for him to make contact with the plate before getting tagged in the arm...
Either way, when the catcher cathces the ball almost on the grass, has time to turn around take 3 steps and dive and still make a play, he should have never went
