Ok Dill....

The Catcher caught the ball on outside of the entire catchers area on the 1st base side of the field....he then had time to turn around take 3 steps and dive....Hudson took 5 steps before diving home....and he never even touches the plate

  No...Ive watched it 5 times...he doesnt touch the plate...even if he does, it is impossible for him to make contact with the plate before getting tagged in the arm...

Either way, when the catcher cathces the ball almost on the grass, has time to turn around take 3 steps and dive and still make a play, he should have never went

honestly can't even be that upset at the out call at the plate if you are a White Sox backer, Guccione was squeezing Broxton that entire half inning. A lot of strikes called balls.

if you are watching the Sox feed, just before the bottom of the 9th starts, they show a blown up screen of it and Stevie Wonder just called and said he touched the plate.
