The Rays host the Twins in an early matchup which will be held in front of at least 3,000 fans.  The Twins throw CT born Pavano vs Shields.  The Twins or Rays haven't swung the bats well so far this season, however both picked it up over the last series they've had.

Shields is a much better pitcher at home but hasn't found it so far this year. 

Pavano hasn't pitched well on the road for the last 4 starts averaging over 6 ER per game and only averaging 5 ip in those starts.

Shields vs expected lineup:  .320 Average against

Pavano vs. expected lineup: .360 Average against

The line opened at -120 at 8.5 and has even to the -110 line and I expect it to hit 9.

Milwaukee @ Pittsburgh

The Brewers face the Pirates in game 2 of there series with two crafty lefties going at it.  The Pirates throw Paul Maholm who's off to a good start era wise and has held the Brew crew roughly around 220 average against.  The Pirates aren't tearing up the base paths but will look to rebound after a dismal effort in the opener of last night's series. 

Randy Wolf is the opposing pitcher who has struggled so far this year especially in his one road game.  He's had a difficult time with the Pirates and sports a 6.75 ERA vs the Bucs over last 5 starts. 

Randy's average against will be .330 or around there based on expected lineup. 

The Brewers bullpen has struggled so far this season and if this game is close look for the Bucs to pull away late.
