I have not seen a day in the MLB this season filled with so many unexpected outcomes....
- Yankees losing SU at home to the Nats, the worst team in the MLB. I'm from Washington, trust me, they don't get much worse than the Nats
- Diamondbacks destroying the Royals on the road with their ace on the mound
- Pirates destroying the Twins at Minnesota; granted, Liriano is by no means a stellar pitcher, but his opponent tonight, yikes!
- Cardinals beating one of the best road era pitchers in the MLB
- The best underdog IMO tonight, Tampa Bay, never had a lead in the game
- Angels straight up stealing the game from the Giants
and last but not least....
- the awful Oakland Athletics on their way to beating the Dodgers outright at LA.
In a 162 game MLB season, some unexpected outcomes and unlikely upsets are certainly possible....but tonight was RIDICULOUS!!! The damn casinos could not have dreamed a better outcome of games!
