I take it that some of you remember my thread earlier about a client who was betting around $100-300 a game, paying my bills. He would not only run like shit but he did just about everything wrong in the book.... He would hedge small parlays, even 2-teamers after one half of play in the second game. He would bet big on live games laying up to -125, make wild guesses, think that he knows 100% of the outcome of the game. And he would not put any factor of math, odds or Vegas perspective over his "gut feeling".
So anyways, betting an average of $300 a play, he comes out and fires $2500 on a 5-team parlay. In basketball, each selection required his team to comeback from a 21-point deficit, 10-point deficit and 13-point deficit in the 4th quarter respectively, and finally the Celtics. His 5th selection required quite a bit of luck as well.
He has won more money in that one play than the total sum of everything he has lost previously or will ever lose in his lifetime (to me at least). Some of that money will go towards paying some of his old debts, some will go to the local Casinos, some will go to Vegas, which he is planning on going soon.
And no he will not lose it back to me because the plays that he makes (moneyline favorite parlays) require me to absolutely have the liquidity on hand before taking the play or the deposit.
My move?
