San Diego has been swinging the bats extremely well down the stretch and carried it right into last night. Pivetta gives them a solid starting pitching edge, the bullpen is fresh, and Gausman has been much less consistent. If the lineup comes out the way we expect, the Padres check a lot of boxes again today.

 

The Yankees have a strong setup today with Max Fried on the mound, who has handled Boston extremely well this season. New York’s offense showed some life last night, and Fried gives them a significant advantage if he pitches to form. At a reasonable price at home, the Yankees are definitely on the radar today.

 

 

Just a couple quick morning look. Obviously, I still have some work to put in on these games and today’s card as a whole. I won’t be involved in the first game on the board, Phillies-Braves, so I’ll spend the day breaking down the other three and see if we can find one to secure a bag.
