Giants/Marlins over 7.5 -110 (Intertops) -- The linemakers have still not caught onto the fact that this ballpark appears to be a hitter's haven. Marlin home games have averaged 9.95 runs, while their road games have avearaged 6.48 runs! That is a huge difference. Yeah, a couple of solid pitchers on the mound today, but until the line adjusts to this ballpark I have to make this play.

Cubs/Pirates under7 +100 (Intertops) -- The low scoring games at Pittsburgh continue to be ridiculous, at least to anyone who wasn't around in 1968. The avearge game there has an absurdly low 5.17 runs! Pittsburgh has pathetic hitting, good starting pitching, and a great bullpen. There's no reason not to expect more of the same todya, as the Cubs are about the weakest visiting offense you will find (and weaker vs lefties than righties. Silly stat of the day: only once all year have the Cubs scored more than 1 run in a road game where the opponent started a lefty). Anyway, two excellent starting pitchers today. These teams scored 5 runs last night and the pitching was nowhere near as good as it is today.
Orioles -129 vs Royals (Intertops) -- Better offensive team. Better bullpen. Home field. Starting may be roughly even, as Hochevar has pitched into some bad luck, but Matusz has been coming on of late. In his last 6 starts he has a 1.25 WHIP and 3.56 ERA, andhas not walked more than 2 batters in any of those starts. Also worht noting that it's a hot humid day here in Baltimore and Hochevar is coming off a 115 pitch effort, the 3rd highest of his career, on normal rest. And he didn't have a quality start the next time out after either the two games he went over 115 previously.
Blue Jays -103 vs Red Sox (Intertops) -- Buchholtz is just bad and needs to be faded until he shows some sign of turning it around.

Rangers/Blue Jays under 10 -115 (Intertops) -- Two excellent starting pitchers, and if I am reading the weather chart correctly, the wind is blowing in at 16MPH from right field.
