Plenty of US bettors have Pinny accounts via their CDN "brothers" lol... I suppose this trend will only increase.

Unless something changes, I am not betting MLB this season.  I will watch and wait as I think it is likely that you will see a startup exchange fill the void - but I dont know how it can take hold fast enough for this season.

I don't see how someone else doesn't eventually fill this void. The concept is great. My fear is the average bettor just wants their action with the betuses and so on of the world and won't demand it and the sorry state of affairs just lags on.
