What happened in the Houston game? Yahoo said that D. Erstad hit a double in the bottom of the eighth and C. Lee scored. Now, they took the run away... What's up with that?

lanastasis - first of all, thanks, it look like another good day for you. Greatly appreciated.

what happened on the Houston game, the "Game Cannel" at Yahoo said 5-5 after they said Lee scored after Erstad doubled in the bottom of the 8th, it said 5-5 in the top of the 9th and and then all of a sudden it had game over 5-4??  Doesn't make sense.

abacrombie pinched run for lee...erstad doubled abacrombie got the stop sign at third...i was watching it...i think with his speed he could of made it. oh well

Yeah, we got ed. But Lany still got us on the right games early, and hopefully Mil. and L.A. can hold the leads.

Thats why we lost that game,that sucks.

MLB players sure are not as good as they used to be,like in that Atl.game Friday where all he had to do was catch the pop-up and the game is over,LMAO

I agree, it sure seems like a lot of errors, stupid baserunning, bad bullpens, pitchers walking the opposing pitchers, etc. I have the feeling the players are more athletic but less fundamentally sound than in the past - at some point you have to blame them and their earlier coaches.

it seems like almost every day there is a bad bullpen breakdown. Can be tormenting.  Gotta love the LAA in the long run, pretty consistent, don't score too much, good defense and great pitching - especially on the road.

What kind of normalcy would there be in the baseball universe if I went consecutive days without mooses/pathetic losses? Probably a really wacky one because we returned right back to schedule today. Two horrible gaffes in the Houston game, specifically Michael Bourn and Hunter Pence playing the Two Doucheketeers in avoiding catching a can of corn late in the game that ruined a Houston win. And the Angels stranded 59 billion opportunities with runners on late in the game.

All that being said, I had another solid, feel good day. This train is cruising right on schedule. Hope to see you aboard the caboose tomorrow.
