Hey Guys, this is my first post here on covers forums...For a little background, I am sophomore at UC Santa Barbara and even though my name is CalBears7, it is because DeSean Jackson was my favorite player. But, anyways, I know many of you will not take my picks seriously because I am in college, but I bring tons of knowledge to the table and hope to win whoever follows me some money. I have been betting all season, granted its only been a couple weeks, but just recently found out there was a covers forum where I could make people money. I have heard it's tough, but my mindset is right and I can deal with the bashers and downswings. The bottom line is that over the long run, I will win and will win money for whoever follows me...trust me on that I have been betting for 4 years and put time into my picks...I will also be keeping track of my record daily, and I am working with a $3,000 bankroll to start (after all, I am only in college I don't have unlimited money haha). My book does not charge 10% on money lines for MLB, so in my totals, that will be reflected just so everybody knows. Also, I usually include a detailed writeup and analysis of my top play each day, and just simply list the rest. However, this does not mean that I did not put a good amount of time into these plays, I simply do not have the time to include a detailed analysis of every play every day. Thanks guys and let's make it a good year!

Phillies (-165) over Brewers- 165 to win 100
-Yes, yes I know many of you may say that the Brewers are a live dog here because of Cole Hamels' early season struggles, but that is not going to be the case today in the city of Brotherly Love! The Phils have won two of their last three and the offense seems to be getting going a bit, minus yesterday's subpar performance. But anyways, back to Hamels. He improved from his first to his second start, even though that doesn't really say much because he got absolutely shelled his first start. Nonetheless, I look for him to continue to improve and return to his old form today at home. On the other side of the card, Dave Bush just simply is not that good. He has gone 6 innings and given up only three runs in both of his starts, but the Brewers have also lost both. They were against pretty good offense in the Mets and Cubs, but in each game, he was one big hit away from blowing up. I look for the Phils to get to him early and often today. Lay the chalk and seal the win!
Other Plays
Dodgers(-130) over Houston- 52 to win 40
Parlay
Indians, Phillies, Dodgers, Cubs
30 to win 235

It's not about trying to get people to "follow" you. It's about comparing picks & insight, so we can help each other make money, but Best of luck to you.

Sorry Yankees, just figured it would be helpful, but I guess not haha. Already haters on here I didn't realize the covers forums were this hard on people.

Good luck man, yes there are some idiots in here. Just learn to ignore it. If you are profitable like AJ or Gamehunter or Powercapppers, you can do/say what you want and people will love it. I started betting favs in baseball and got smoked a few years ago. Now I'm playing mostly dogs and praying they win. My problem is that I took the Angels last night for 100, but was scared taking the reds for 100 and only bet then for 50. I need to stick with 1 amount and over time, will be profitable.
GO FLYERS!

You would love people to tail you???? Why? Do you care more about winning money or to have a following? You're trying too hard already and a game hasn't been played. Just pick winners, thats the only thing people truly care about in these forums. Your personal background doesn't matter to a bunch of degenerates.
