Boys we've hit rock bottom here. Very meh season so far. I took some extra swings at BP today and I'm ready to turn this around.

SUNDAY
Seattle Mariners -109 over Cleveland Indians
The Indians have been one of MLB's hottest teams for a while now. The M's have been playing solid ball as well. Both games in this series have been very close and could have gone either way. Felix Hernandez is in Cy Young form right now. Masterson has pitched well but I'll stay away from the under given how these teams have hit the ball lately. Felix has a microscopic 1.53 ERA this season and given the fact that the M's have dropped the first two games of this four game set there's no way I can pass on this cheap price.
Arizona Diamondbacks -148 over Miami Marlins
The Snakes boned me yesterday only winning by 1 run. I'll lay the juice this time because I really need some Ws. The Marlins are even worse against lefty starters, batting .215 and averaging 2.10 runs a game. The D-Backs are much better against righties. The Marlins are a joke and this should be another win for the streaking Diamondbacks.
Philadelphia Phillies +142 over Cincinnati Reds
This is an inflated line if I've ever seen one. Homer Bailey is a solid young arm, but Pettibone has done a solid job for the Phils this season. The Reds are not the same team on the road and I'll take my chances with the home dog here.
Washington Nationals +116 over San Diego Padres
Andrew Cashner is a very good young pitcher and he has thrived at Petco. But Dan Haren has really turned his season around and is pitching well for the Nats. There's big value here on the much better ballclub. Last night I had a major oversight, not taking into account the fact that the Nats are atrocious against lefties. Look for them to grab this one and take 3 of 4 from the Pads.
Tampa Bay Rays -105 over Baltimore Orioles
The Rays are simply on fire right now while the O's have lost 4 in a row. The O's have struggled against lefties this season, batting .231 and averaging 3.86 runs per game. Matt Wieters, who feasts on lefty pitching, is not in the lineup today. Give me one of the hottest teams in baseball at a super cheap price.
Boston Red Sox -125 over Minnesota Twins
The Twins are reeling right now, losing 6 of their last 8 games. The Red Sox have already destroyed Pedro Hernandez one other time this season. Aside from his last start against the red hot Rays, John Lackey has been solid this season. Look for the Bosox to grab the sweep in Minnesota on Sunday.
Houston Astros +155 over Pittsburgh Pirates
Taking a shot here. No McCutch in the lineup for the Pirates. Lucas Harrell has been solid for the 'Stros, and they absolutely mash lefties. This line is set this low for a reason boys.
Lots of plays today. Let's get it.
