It's a tie game with bases loaded in the bottom of the ninth, batter hits a ground rule double. How many runs score? Two right? Well the truth is I have not checked the rule book on that, though the one time I saw it happened I had the favorite on the RL and failed to cover. I was pissed to say the least. Why is this? If there argument is that the game is decided once the winning run crosses the plate, then a HR should be One run also, correct? Anyone know for sure?
