I'm cold as ice so fade away. 
I feel like this is too easy but I gotta go with:

 Verlander/Detroit vs. KC -178. 

In his last 10 starts against teams other than the White Sox (which seem to have his number more than any other team), Verlander has not given up more than 1 ER in any of them and he has gone at least 7 innings( avg. 8/start).  Also, WHIP in those 10 starts is a unreal .73.
