I mean you think they would as I am sure all of their jobs are replaceable but yes not the best effort by them. Pirates too left a lot on the base. Well who knows. Maybe Friedl can do something and tie this game up then and only then will maybe both teams come to play.

You'd think so.....but I am watching these guys chasing pitches all over the place. Fact is that Wilson rarely goes over six innings and almost always gives up at least two or three. He went eight innings and held the Reds scoreless. And it's not because he was throwing a great game. The Reds were simply pathetic with their effort.

Sadly no hit by the pitch. Definitely would have looked a lot better that at bat if he had been. Pirates not even pitch hitting in that spot. Says a lot. Good ole Jose chases two bad pitches out of the zone and swung at the most ridiculous one of the at bat for strike three. Well what is the next play?
