Is this system based on trends only ? If so how far back in time do you look back for your base info.....Thanx if you reply

Yes.

The star system corresponds to Accuscore's top trends/ratings for each respective team and game forecasts dating back to 2006. Accuscore also simulates each game over 10,000 times, or so it says, to determine the win probability of each game.

Love the work - I followed every day on the NBA thread last month.  I think a 3 month sample will be indicative.  Interesting in NBA they hit totals but not games - wonder if we see similar in MLB.

Well, it seems Accuscore is off to a rough start. I believe, however, that as more data is collected this season that their numbers will improve to a profitable margin. Good stuff, Kpoutlaw.
