personal opinion, and i think GH will agree with this ... he makes his plays early which gives him the ability to get very favorable lines. and as he will tell you +120 is a lot different then +110 ... if you are losing 10 cents a play every play, all year, your talking about tons of units. i appreciate the early posts a well to ensure i get best line value.
but again, i think this is all GH's call, but i would hate to have him stop posting.

If I understand the problem correctly a possible solution might be to post your picks 3-5 minutes before the first pitch on days you have time to post.
Not a sensible idea. I guess good luck to you if your book closes a bit earlier. Wouldn't it suck if your watch is off by 5 minutes?

The administrator would then look over the analysis of the other capper and usually it seemed that he would then use a consensus of the other cappers top plays. All of us cappers that were on the site then found out when the main page started be updated with himself highlighted daily using other cappers top plays of the day as his own selling point. Through email to the other cappers we all decided to delay our posts so he was under the gun to do his own work. At that time, he began to do his own work, and it showed that he could n't hack it

GH i wouldn't worry too much about it. In the big picture everyones winning money (provided ur picks win) which i believe to be your goal. If those guys wanna steal ur picks, and there are enough people who would pay for it without realizing they can get great picks for free, then it's partly the buyers fault for making the decision. I say let um steal. It'll b short money for them cuz in the long run most of their customers will figure it out. If they don't and they're still buying from the stealers then they must b winning money. I can see why ur at awe about how people can b sometimes.

Just because you won’t be around to check the plays doesn’t make the idea not sensible. There is a very simple solution. Post as close to the start of the game as possible. I understand the lines change throughout the day and some value will be lost but we are privileged to have his input and need to respect that the solution to the problem may not be ideal for everyone.

(Your opposite today, he has Houston on RL) Anyway I personally appreciate the FREE info you give because this is suppose to be fun at whatever dollar amount. Winning is always fun and you help that to happen so if you do decide to quit posting your plays I would not fault you but remember there are some of us who truely appreciate what you do.

i play poker for a living i dont need to solicit strangers for money with other peoples picks...also i was never arguing that what this guys is doing is wrong and deceitful but lets be honest, i dont really know what the moderators or capable of doing to figure out who this guy is but i dont really see anyway of completely preventing something like this from happening

GH - Golden Greek just posts everything he can get his hands on picks wise in every forum. It may seem like he is representing you as a service but he isnt. I would not think that is a big deal since he posted a couple of days ago really good comments about you. It said "why use services when there is a guy at covers who is really solid" Something like that. The Tom Young thing is worse. Maybe a nice LEGAL letter could scare him to death????

I saw it in the Service Plays section, which was a bit confusing but no problem. All good. If you posted your plays fifteen minutes before gametime, it would pretty much hamper anyone that is turning around and selling the picks. It is just not enough time to get them, post them to a website or shoot out a bunch of e-mails to clients. Yes, the lines may change a bit for us and there may be times when we all cant log on and see the picks, but so what. Whatever you GIVE us, is appreciated.
All in all, I dont see the selling of picks as a huge profit making enterprise. There is just too much information out there for free. Most online gamblers are going to stumble upon a free site such as this one and realize that there is so much free info out there, that paying is not feasible.
By the way, I certainly hope that you dont accidentally post the website name and the e-mail address of this Young guy. I could see his e-mail getting bombarded with tons of spam or maybe his website crashing. You know how vicious these web guys can be. So dont forget to not accidentally leave the website or e-mail address up for everyone to see.
