Last time I wager on the RUN-LINE

It’s 90% a 1 run win whenever I do so. It never fails. It’s truly incredible. I hate laying the -160 but will have to eat the juice next time. FML

Well to start off..Dogs have won about 68-70% of the playoff games SU...So yes..a Fave RL is a bad bet in the playoffs...Fave have done bad this post season and when they do win ver good chance its only by 1

Magnet..RLines are my kryptonite.. if just played TX ml., I would have had a Much more profitable day..

I understand. It’s enticing. The juicy odds. In reality it’s a sucker bet and I will never wager the RL again unless I hitched it to a bullshit parlay. Not a single wager.

Taking a home team -1.5 is not a good idea because they might not get last at bat

You're right. And I know a lot of people are against parlays but this was the perfect situation for one. Run line on road teams and money line on home teams is the way to go in baseball.

Honestly, I was expecting Texas to win this game 6-2 or 9-3 due to their home run power and pitching disparity. But after game 1 I feel like this series is going the distance.

Quickest way to lose money is betting baseball. You cannot look at it like football. Just pick the winner. 

huh? Home teams always get the last AB. I have lost a lot of baseball games with visiting teams getting crooked numbers in the 9th and beyond because home teams only need one run to win and visiting teams can pile them on. Especially when the pitcher gives up one run, he loses it and they all come home.  

I win fav rl bets at an astonishing low rate.  Then if I lose 3 in a row I bet way too much on the next game and lose again.  Also never take +250 ml or higher dogs in a tilt must win situation. I win 50% of the time because I know very little about how to cap games. I can't name 1 player on many many pro teams. GL moving forward.

 He meant if the home team is up by 1 run after 8 innings of play they will not bat in the 9th.

So a run line of -1.5 would lose.

The home team has to esentially cover the run line with only 8 innings of at bats while a road team has 9 innings to do it. Plus the road team has no cap on the total amount of runs they can score in the 9th inning and beyond while if a home team goes up by just 1 run the ball game is over.

This is why it's a rule of thumb to never bet the home team -1.5

If a home team is leading after the top of the ninth, they do not bat
