Chicago Whitesox @ Oakland A's (12:30 pst)
As much as i hate to play the same team on back to back days, especially when its a Night / Day turn around I have many reasons to make a play on this one. As i said yesterday we have 2 teams going in a different direction. the Whitesox who play like they could care less anymore and the A's who seem to like playing the spoiler role. Edwin Jackson is (0-2 6.75 Era) his last 3 outings as opposed to Brett Anderson (3-0 1.69 Era) the last 3. The Whitesox are 2-12 there last 14 games with the 2 wins being VS Kansas City at home. Edwin Jackson's last 2 starts have not been pretty (and they were home games) 9-2 LOSS vs Det & 8-2 LOSS vs KC. Oakland on the other hand is riding a 3 game win streak 11-6 there last 17 and 8-3 there last 11 at home. Brett Anderson has been Phenomenal his last 3 outings beating Minnesota 3-1 IN MINNESOTA, 4-3 Vs Boston and 6-2 Vs Seattle.
