you really need to have your head examined, and your accounts frozen so you can do no more damage. isn't it clear enough that this team is on a divine mission? apparently winning 19 of 20 hasn't made it clear yet because i STILL see people playing the dbacks. i really just do not understand any line of thinking that would make someone go against them.
yes i may have become a fan of the team since the middle of the summer when i escaped the vegas heat for a few months and did an extended camping trip through colorado ( https://camp07.blogspot.com if you're bored ), fell in love with the place, and took a liking to the team after watching them play a few times. which definitely makes it more exciting for me to see them get this far, but it's really not even about that.
to me, logically when i see a streak like this, in anything, roulette, baccarat, whatever, my first instinct is to play along with the streak. why would you make a play against it when there has been no evidence that anything will change? i don't care if it's the longest streak in history, you don't play against it just because "they are due for a loss", or "they are pushing their luck" or "there is no way they will take two in a row on the road". there just is no reasoning that is valid when you are looking at the numbers we are seeing here.
i mean, they are still finding ways to put up runs when they need to. their young pitchers have really stepped up, albeit they have been a bit inconsistent, but their bullpen has been pretty solid as well. also, pretty much every move clint has made has panned out solid gold.
so, in closing, even if you can't bring yourself to play the rocks, whatever you do, for your own sake and the safety of your bankroll, do not bet against them, at least right now

I agree totally with what your saying. I picked this team up right at the start of their streak and the one game I didnt get in was the game they lost against webb. I got drunk and didnt get it in on time. I love the way this team plays.

I find it funny at all. I don't like when good cappers that I respect and look up to a lot make outrageous decisions because of "value". I saw one covers member state that it was HIS OPINION that the ROCKIES WOULD WIN, but there was too much value in Diamondbacks at +whatever they were.

I am always one to speak of value, but I didn't see any value in the Dbacks today. None. In fact, I saw a lot of value in the Rocks and rode them to the bank. Again.
I stated in many several threads why the Rocks had advantages that should have made their line -200 and I was laughed at.
