Guy had 132 saves from 2009-2011 so I wouldn't say he shouldn't be in the majors.
That said, he doesn't have the luxury of pitching in such a big pitcher's ballpark like Petco anymore.

Bell would laugh in their face and probably take a shit on the owners desk then walk out. The Marlins would be subject to owing him everything on his contract if they cut him and another team could scoop him up and pay him league minimum while the Marlins paid the rest of his contract.

manny, nice to see ya bro! funny enough, i was watching a jays game last year, and the commentator started going on about one of the opposing players, who i forget the name of, but was a bona fide major leaguer and actually volunteered to go down to the minors to get things right... might not have been a 10 million dollar a year player.. but hey anyone remember bj ryan?? he was so bad after he came back from his surgery the jays RELEASED HIM! haha didn't even send him down to try and fix things, and i still believe they are paying him to this day and as for heath bell, pitching elsewhere than petco, he is a totally different pitcher... every pitcher in the league loves pitching there...

how bout ur orioles .... i know its early , but the telling tale is that they are 5-1 against the blow jays. for years, they would go 5-14 against them, now theyve turned the tables... that could be a 10 game improvement right there. gotta give prop to buck sho. everywhere hes been he makes the teams respectable and in 2 cases they win the world series the following year that he leaves but the fact that he turned this disastrous organization around is pretty impressive
