First, I apologize to Gr8nader, my intention is not to take over your thread. Just sharing my experiences with a system very similar to yours.

I use the live odds at sbr to keep track of public % and line movement. I dont play every game. I use the same system that Gr8nader does. I pick the most common selection(s) from top 5 or 6 cappers. What I've deemed acceptable line movement 10 cents from opener.
