GR8 - Follow System

Friends and Followers, 

I apologize for the lack of quality the system is currently going through. This is due to my own personal availability limitations over the past few weeks. 

In my absence, I haven't been able to keep my spreadsheet/record updated, replace/adjust the top cappers, generate picks in a timely/quality manner (sometimes the cards are based off of only 3 cappers now, which doesn't work.). I could go on...  

The point is, I'm to blame for the systems recent failures. The concept of this system is still golden. However, there are labor requirements that cannot be done haphazardly.  

By no means am I saying there wont be losing days. Simply pointing out that I haven't enabled this system to perform at its potential (even though it's still high in the positive).

Plan of action:

I brought together some good friends who are willing to assist in getting these cards put together on a routine basis. Also, I have a few fellars in charge of scouting for new cappers. I talked in detail with them on how I went about finding quality cappers. This is currently underway.

**If you would like to assist with the scouting, please message me the names of cappers you believe may be good enough to be in the system. Record samples of at least one month are required in order to be considered.

After 30 days of the system, I feel that I've pinpointed what needs to be modified and improved on. The great news is, it's been very successful even with these hindrances. 

Time to start getting things back on track. There is too much $ to be made with this system for it to be poorly managed.
