Giants -125 My heart is telling me one thing but I have to lean the other way. Edge to the Vargas in this one but the Giants need to show they can win without Bumgarner on the mound. They can't afford to get down 3-1.

was hoping to see you on the royals. Thought about this one for a while but i trust vargas just a bit more than vogelsong atm. Lean giants game 5 most likely

Vogelsong is 3-0 with a 2.16 ERA in his six career playoff starts -- all San Francisco victories. In his only World Series appearance in 2012, he pitched 5 2/3 innings of a 2-0 win in Game 3 against Detroit that helped send the Giants to a sweep.

this is this year

sometimes in certain series,something stands out that cant be resolved

so you have to go with it

ex. big pappi foer the sox against st Louis

they didn't have an answer for him

giants don't have an answer for royals bullpen

its simple if the starting royals pitching can go five innings

which isn't even two times around for the hitters

its pretty much lights out

it looks like the royals series to lose

every inning there is more pressure on the giants bats

it appears they have gone back into one of their not scoring runs funk

two yesterday,one the day before

royals are the champs

The small ballers are being small balled. They lived by the sword and now are dying by the sword.

Holland went through Posey, Sandoval, and Pence like crap through a goose. Am glad to know that they are not Williams, Gwynn, and Musial.

When we talk about momentum and/or can't afford to lose I like to remember I once had a car I couldn't afford to fix either. Bye-bye car. Took the bus for six months. Needing to win or can't afford to lose don't mean you get the win. Every single team that ever got knocked out of the playoffs or World Series needed to win and couldn't afford to lose on that day, but they did, all of them.
