LSU and Stanford were the correct plays today. Both teams had the lead and blew it at the end. Virginia was the correct play against Florida the other night. Guess what, Florida won. It is impossible to win anything Might as well flip a coin for each game. I guess the only sure thing is when Skene pitches for LSU. You pick LSU when he pitches. Other than that, it is a coin flip for every game.

True about any baseball though really. You got to factor all that stuff in. I was lucky in the come back by OR. I was really unlucky today in both games. It is what it is.

Did you watch tonight's game? In the bottom 8th inning, the LSU pitcher threw 2 fastballs by the Wake hitter. You probably thinking, he should throw another fastball since he didn't catch up to the 2 prior fastballs. Nope, He decided to throw a breaking ball on the 3rd pitch and the Wake hitter hit a double to right field. The wake hitter ended up scoring the winning run.
Top of the 8th inning, LSU had runners on 1st and 3rd with no outs. The LSU hitter hit a ground ball down the 3rd base line. The 3rd baseman throws home and the runner on third got tagged out. It looks like he was safe, but instant replay still called him out. There were a couple of more plays in the game that I was scratching my head. It is impossible to take these situations into consideration when capping baseball games. Too much dumb luck involved. That is why it is hard to win in baseball. Of course, every sport is hard to win, but some sports are easier to cap and win like the NFL and College Football. I'm only betting on mlb and college world series because there is nothing else to bet on. The NFL and College Football can't come soon enough. The only sure thing for MLB are the Atlanta Braves and Tampa Bay. Every other teams in the MLB are coin flip games. You have no idea what the outcome is even if you cap or analyze for hours on that game.

Skene pitched last Saturday and Ty Floyd pitched in Tonight's game. Those are their 2 best starting pitchers. I don't even know who their 3rd starting pitcher is. LSU's bullpen is decent from what I have read. It looks like LSU's offense have to pick up the slack to win the game tomorrow because their pitching might be in question. On the Flip side, Tennessee might have the same problem as their 3rd starting pitcher might not be as good, so they probably have to rely on their bullpen. I don't see Skene pitching tomorrow even for an inning. (He just pitched on Saturday) I guess LSU will rely on whatever arms they have in their bullpen and hope for the best.
