Arizona does play well as their record indicates Achilles and this is the reason I like Arizona at home with a quality Pitcher (Arizona's best) In Greinke and yes by all means Gray has a solidified era as well but let's not forget that Greinke has pitched almost double the innings pitched then Gray and still manages a very respectable era and also has seven more victories then Gray to show for it. The juice is juiced no doubt and if the pitching matchup is as close as it appears and the Rockies take an early lead and quiets this crowd then yes things can favor the road team but if Greinke is on his game with a little run support then that tenth man yelling like crazy then Arizona's home crowd fans are going to make the difference for the home team and the victory to earn the right to play los Angeles....You are one hell of a capper Achilles and your points should merit consideration especially if you like the dog in this contest which I personally don't but hey that's just me. Or are you just asking why everyone is obsessed with the pitching? In terms of offense, Goldy has been in a slump since Sept, and if that continues I dont see Arizona winning. Colorado deserved to lose last nite. The savior GREINKE did NOTHING last nite am the game was won by a reliever who hit a triple with his eyes closed. A .098 batter....Funny how so many Arizona backers stick their chests out considering this. Home field meant little yesterday; it came down to two bullpen pitchers of Colorado that had two strikes on their batters and they hung more breaking balls. That was the difference. I can tell you if it were a one run game, with Disney on the mound, extra innings would have happened. Congrats Zona backers.
