Took the last month or so of the baseball season off, but ready to get cracking on the MLB Playoffs. I'm a Yankee fan, but I might be one of the few who doesn't have the highest of expectations on their performance in the playoffs. I don't think they make the World Series, but we'll see if that thought changes.

Some stats on Price that I haven't put too much weight into, but thought I'd share. In starts following one where he gave up 0 earned runs, Price is 3-2 with a 3.39 ERA and 1.40 WHIP. not terrible numbers, but not his best stats either.
He played Texas earlier in the year and gave up 5 walks and 2 earned runs in 6 innings. The walks are a big concern for me especially considering that the lineup he faced earlier was without Cruz and Kinsler. If he puts runners on base at the same pace, it's going to be a quick afternoon for him.

In 9 starts this year vs. teams with winning records at home, Sabathia is 3-3 with a 4.34 ERA and has given up 9 homers. That's a homer per start compared to 11 homers in 25 starts in games that werent on the road vs. teams with winning records
