burns recent fight was 3 months ago, Woodley was over a year ago.I think Burns is ready for this fight. If Woodley goes ground Burns can easily stop the TD and has good defence on the ground 2nd Degree Black belt jiu jitsu vs 4th Degree black belt jiu jitsu (Demien Maia). Burns is versatile he can stand up also he trains with Rashad Evans the Blackzilians.

Fighters that have fought recently and go on to fight within 3-4 months are usually more prepared than fighters who hasnt fought for more than a year.

Woodley fights once a year. Always has. 

Laying -170 on a 38 year old fighter that doesn't actually want to fight anymore, but is broke so he has to, is a recipe for disaster.  It's just a horrible line.  He could win, but laying that in this situation is a long term loser.  Woodley also hasn't finished anyone in 4 years and completely gassed out basically after 1 round vs Usman.
