Is Smolka something else or what? there were more transitions, and changes in control, back and forth. Impressed with Paddy too but Smolka will be up at the top of div in no time

I'm less impressed with Smolka than you are. He gets his back taken way too easy and often. It worked out for him this time, but against better competition he's going to get submitted himself.

I don't think he was ever worried or in danger, striking on pt, maybe he's a little too confident in ground game to get himself in danger.
