For betting purposes I want Thompson vs Lawler. Id take Thompson KO. 2nd round. Probably bet Thompson straight and KO (Decision no bet)
Rory vs Lawler rematch would be the most entertaining. Rory vs Thompson too. I dont think any one in the division wants to ruin their shot by taking on Thompson. Loss would mean 2-3 more fights in a row. The exception is Condit not having the best streak going in.
Hendricks would be a challenge to anyone you listed, taking on someone that KO'ed Hendricks like he did is only for someone thats desperate in the need to go up in rank. Rory style is best suited for Thompson.
A lot of Wrestlers turn MMA fighters max out against pure strikers with TD defence. Rosholt, Bader, Hendricks, Ronda (olympic Judo). Cormier's wrestling is Olympic level, took him far. Jon Jones still took him down and defended well.

Did Hendricks even attempt to shoot? Or did Thompson's diverse and constant striking prevent that? i only watched once.
Hendricks did say he was going to strike with him, although i didn't believe he would. I figured he'd shoot right away and take to where he has the biggest advantage.

Hendrick tried to take him down at least once. No matter how diverse striking is, movement is what prevents getting caught in clinches. You will always get takedowns attempted, good movement reduces your chance of opponent getting you in an awkward position plus reduces opponent getting a hold of you.
He was stuffed by Thompson, which was expected. Thompson trains with Weidman who is probably 215 walking around weight. Gave him a sense of how he should distribute his weight to defend. You can see he goes low w/ pressure and tilts his body to the ground to defend. Hendricks came in weaker than usual, Stephen looked bigger than usual. His other fights you can see he has good technique on TD defence. Spreads legs to prevent double leg. Good balance.
Hendricks pre fight showed his lack of striking knowledge. He said pre fight he expected to step half a step in or half a step out to dictate range, which is borderline amateur level thinking. After the fight he said he expected Thompson to trade in the pocket.. rather than circle around, while subtly calling Thompson out for not doing what would give him the advantage.
Wrestling TD defence off the cage is easier to learn than striking movement and intuition. Defence off you back and escapes are a little harder to remember all the moves fluently but not as hard as BJJ defence.

I think Rory is the best in the division. Was up 3-1 against Lawler before his nose got in the way. Has beat Woodley and Maia and lost to Condit five years ago. With that said I have no issue with Thompson fighting for the title.
