Yes, he's older, but hes on a 4 fight win streak and has already fought twice this year.  Very good form.  

Tukhugov is on a 8 fight win streak, but 6 of those fights were in Russia.  He is 2-0 in the UFC.  He also has been injured and hasn't fought in 14 months.
