Moraes is just flat out better. His only 2 losses are to magomedsharipov and Marlon moraes. He went to the third round in both. I'm not convinced this should be a pick em fight.
Perez quickness should give him a huge advantage over Torres. Torres was losing his last fight against brooks. he got caught on the feet. He gave up the back easy. Torres has good takedown defense, but perez striking is much better.
