R1: Masvidal blocks a head kick and answers with an outside one of his own to the leg. Masvidal smiles after stumbling backwards to avoid a kick.

R1: Side kick to the body for Thompson. "Wonderboy" touches Masvidal to the side of the head with a push kick. Thompson doing well to test his boundaries here. Masvidal still very tentative.

ROUND 2: "Wonderboy" scores with another head kick and blocks Masvidal's counter attempt. Takedown from Masvidal is blocked but Jorge connected with a pair of punches while Thompson had his back to the cage.

R2: Thompson is in some kind of a groove here and just misses with a three-strike combo. Masvidal visibly struggling with style and distance established by "Wonderboy."
