No it's not ;Rousey was a dominant grappler with great top control and arm bars with very limited striking and no movement with questionable striking IQ, who was also coming off knee surgery and didn't train areas of weakness and no gameplan.
Not saying Conor is winning , but he's world class MMA striking , great fight IQ precision and power. Who understands his weaknesses and trains like a monster who won't fight outside his fight (ex Rousey boxing Nunes and Holms when she was outclassed)
